Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Softina. The Sales Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, overseeing a team of sales representatives, and fostering relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs based on organizational needs and employee development plans.
- Collaborate with management to identify new online and offline courses, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Create training materials, presentations, and manuals that are engaging and effective.
- Create innovative offline courses, including international expansions.
- Collaborate with the marketing agency to promote training programs effectively and maximize participant engagement.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and evaluate performance to ensure quality training delivery.
- Manage a team of trainers, providing guidance and support.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and formats (e.g., workshops, simulations, e-learning) to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality content in courses by continuously enhancing and updating training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for employees, ensuring comprehensive understanding of materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as a training supervisor, training manager, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
